The logistics process is very complicated because more and more tires are being sold. These come in, are stored and disposed of again. Central to this is that service and delivery promises to customers must always be kept. At Heuver Tyres, Kasper Olimulder is responsible for this as Manager of Operations: "If you only see the figures, it certainly dizzies you. But we have a process-oriented approach and the task of organizing all incoming and outgoing flows. This includes deliveries that do not come into our warehouse, but go directly to the customer or end user. It's complicated, but a nice challenge."
