At Heuver Tyres, our customers are always at the center of everything we do. Recently, we conducted a customer satisfaction survey in collaboration with Excap to understand how our customers experience our services and identify areas for improvement. The result? An impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 59, equivalent to a rating of 9+ out of 10! We are extremely proud of this achievement but also recognize that there is always room for improvement. To better understand our customers, we conducted a survey that provided us with valuable, data-driven insights. This feedback helps us implement targeted improvements and elevate our service to an even higher level.
Our customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France evaluated us on key aspects such as product range, webshop, delivery, service, advice, and sustainability.
